We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we offer a flexible refund and return policy.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
1.1 Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. The return window begins when you receive the item, not when you place the order.
1.2 Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In original, unused, and undamaged condition
- In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories
- Not assembled (for furniture items)
- Free from pet hair, odors, stains, or signs of use
- Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase
1.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Assembled furniture: Once assembled, furniture cannot be returned
- Custom/personalized items: Made-to-order or customized products
- Final sale items: Clearance items marked "Final Sale"
- Hygiene products: Mattresses, pillows, bedding (unless unopened)
- Digital products: Gift cards, downloadable content
- Perishable goods: Plants, food items
2. Return Process
- Contact us: Email returns@wunnzom.com with your order number and reason for return
- Get authorization: We'll review and provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Ship item back: Use our provided return label and pack items securely
- Receive refund: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
3. Refund Policy & Processing
3.1 Refund Amounts
- Standard returns (customer preference): Product price only (original shipping not refunded)
- Defective/damaged items: Full refund including original shipping costs
- Wrong item sent (our error): Full refund including all shipping costs
- Order cancellation: Full refund if canceled within 24 hours before shipping
- Partial refunds: May apply if item shows signs of use or missing components
3.2 Refund Processing Timeline
- Return received: We inspect within 2-3 business days
- Approval notification: Email sent once approved
- Refund initiated: Processed within 5-7 business days
- Funds available: 3-10 business days depending on your bank/card issuer
3.3 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund appears as a credit on your statement
- PayPal: Refund to your PayPal account
- Gift Card: Refund as store credit to your account
Note: We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or third parties.
4. Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
6. Warranty
All products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and material issues. Normal wear, accidental damage, and unauthorized repairs are not covered.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns, please contact our customer service team first. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. For unresolved disputes, we'll work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or wrong items: We cover return shipping
- Personal preference returns: Customer covers return shipping
- Large items: May require additional logistics fees
