Shipping & Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. This policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery timeframes, and what to expect when you order from wunnzom.

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

1.1 Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

  • Cost: FREE on orders over $75, otherwise $8.99
  • Carriers: USPS, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground
  • Tracking: Provided via email once shipped
  • Delivery: Monday-Saturday (no signature required)

1.2 Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days)

  • Cost: Flat rate $19.99
  • Carriers: FedEx Express or UPS 2nd Day Air
  • Tracking: Provided via email once shipped
  • Delivery: Monday-Friday (signature may be required)

1.3 Large Item/White Glove Delivery

  • Cost: Calculated at checkout (typically $99-$299)
  • Delivery time: 7-14 business days
  • Service includes: Room of choice delivery, unpacking, assembly (if needed), debris removal
  • Scheduling: Carrier will contact you to schedule delivery window

2. Processing Time

  • In-stock items: 1-2 business days
  • Made-to-order items: 2-4 weeks (specified on product page)
  • Pre-order items: Ships on estimated date shown on product page

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders placed after 2PM EST will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 US States (including Alaska and Hawaii with additional fees)
  • APO/FPO addresses (standard shipping only, 10-21 business days)

We do not ship to: PO Boxes for large items, US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), International addresses (coming soon)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  1. Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  2. Carrier name and estimated delivery date
  3. Link to track your package in real-time

You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing order history.

5. Delivery Issues

5.1 Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

5.2 Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and building management. Contact us within 7 days and we'll file a claim with the carrier.

5.3 Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We'll investigate and provide updates or offer alternatives including refunds if necessary.

6. Address Changes

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of order placement. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Incorrect addresses may result in returned packages and additional shipping fees.

7. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders (when available), customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in our prices and vary by country.

8. Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons (November-December), please allow additional processing and delivery time:

  • Processing time may extend to 3-5 business days
  • Shipping times may be 1-3 days longer than usual
  • Order by December 15th for Christmas delivery (standard shipping)
  • Order by December 20th for Christmas delivery (express shipping)
